Spider-Versus
Every month, we create a 30-45 second animation that kicks off the new month's dev diary update, sets the stage, and hints about the cards that will be released. This one focussed on the world of Spiderman Into the Spiderverse. To set the tone quickly, we used a combination of music (which goes from Hip-Hop to Bomba to Reggaeton) and quick geo-specific shots to put the audience in New York with all its cultural influences. At the same time we're showing a mini story that involves Miles as we're moving up the side of a brownstone building and in what follows.
Rise of the Phoenix
The June season of Marvel Snap was called Rise of the Phoenix, referring to X-men's famous Dark Phoenix Saga storyline. The Phoenix Force is a cosmic force that fuses with characters and their souls. When it possesses characters like Jean Grey, it can lead to both incredible and terrible things.
